Grid Avatar – Greetings Program.
Last of the Tomy Tron tributes, translucent blue over cyan grid-style paints. This is based on Flynn, down to the painted “sash / toga” top on the torso.
The blue appears to be not quite the same colorway as that if the Jesse figure, bit that makes sense given the different lines being represented.
Using the Triceratops head mainly because I haven’t shown it on a body yet and it is a pretty sweet sculpt too.
Unlike the Grid Enforcer or Battler, his shield is round and has a nice “identity disk” pattern, echoing that of the logo on the belt of the Battler or moreso the Enforcer .

He also came with 3 glow in the dark Clawbber parts, a tonfa, knife and helmeted human head, in addition to removable armor, shield and 5 bonus heads. I may prefer Flynn as an Orc or Shaggy-haired human the most, though the dino heads are a lot of fun!

Overall, the 4 Tron tribute figures are well done, are durable, highly detailed with good paints. They look and feel like they will stand up to a lot of play time and will be attractive on a shelf display. There is good diversity in the molds, colors and accessories, plus having add on glow in the dark pieces are a lot of fun.

Fridge drama, not featuring female superheroes. [1]

I’m glad that the fridge on my floor of the silo where I do vague, important work at the vague, important agency for which I work isn’t the drama-magnet that it is for Urban Bohemian.

He encountered the sign below – and took the picture, too.

The sign reads (sic):

Please disregard this if you a nice person and never steal from others.

This is a note to a filthy jerk who recently stole:

• A brand new bag of hard boiled eggs
• A whole bag of string cheese
• Many yogurts (previously)

Hey THIEF, you are a miserable person!

I didn’t want to make it a big deal when a yogurt or two used to disappear from time to time…

But two brand new bags of food really look like an ugly thing to do!

If you are caught this can cost you your job!
