Recent production Lost sincrodrone delta in yellow and glyan cerrek commando are reviewed by vintage1978 gonk droid.
It is hilarious to me that little blue bit of plastic is over 40 years old. I had one very similar when I was much smaller person. The legs still click when it walks, but it no longer has the antenna array on top.
Random toy factoid – The first star wars figures I owned were a gonk, a Chewbacca, Greedo, Darth Vader and a c3p0, brother got r2, a stormtrooper and an assortment of the other human-looking core good guys. He had a land speeder, too. I don’t remember if I had a vehicle, or if they just rode in the back of a tonka truck or something.
The Chewie and C3p0 got a severe case of loose joints in the shoulders and hips very quickly, to the point where they couldn’t stand without ragdolling head first.

Quarantine day 90.
Amazing that I haven’t been more than a few blocks from the house for 3-ish months. I am still wearing mask when I go on walks, at least “train robber bandana” style around my neck to be lifted to face if I see another human.

Current photo, Pyewacket and me in glyos format.
The Weaponeer is an homage to the 1982 Remco toyline “Lost World of The Warlord” based on the Mike Grell Warlord comic book character. 29 parts, give or take, with white and black paints on “fair skinned flesh’ tone.
The Crayboth species is centered around psychic communication and energy transference. Not unlike a cat.
So, figures are man with a gray beard in white boxer shorts, with a little black critter in tow. That is fairly reminiscent of me at home with Pyewacket watching TV on my knee. I don’t generally wear a winged helmet in the house, and Pyewacket doesn’t have a bio-blaster paw, but close enough for jazz or government work.
Spy monkey creations keep knocking it out of the park. I am looking forward to the blue and gold ninja figures later this month.
Next step is creating a BHK-alike and a red couch for us to sit together on, and a white-leopard patterned cape for the weaponeer.

Shin Urai and Glyan Darkness Soldier, plus extra bits are all the orange bits that I currently have. Both of these sculpt sets allow for a good deal of modification, and are quite easy on the eyes.
I love the tiny orange brain head, and the fact that so many parts are reversible or multifunctional in weird ways.

Random scotto factoid- I have started a fire with my own urine and a plastic bag. We did it in boy scouts to create a magnifying lens to focus the sun on dried leaves.
Anyhow, on to the newest glyos figure!

Nobody likes them, nobody trusts them, yet every trooper wants them in their unit. The dislike is mutual and normally Nemesis would never use their unmatched high crags guerrilla tactics and cliffside combat skills alongside clumsy meat puppets. But Patrol Hackers are followers of the Ahm Egg and if defending the Crayboth clanhives in Okanosault regains balance in the universe, then that is what they’ll do.
