Tyromancy.  – (Greek tūros, cheese + manteia, prophecy) 

Physiognomy is mostly useless. I prefer corrective phrenology. A nice grilled cheese is much the better than either.

Allison is more of a Tasseographer (or whatever  divination via wool might be – pecthimancy?
